Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN; A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND AGREE TO ACCEPT AND BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”) AND BCC MEDIA STI’S PRIVACY POLICY.

1. If you do not agree to be bound by these Official Rules and BCC MEDIA STI’S Privacy Policy, you may not participate in these Sweepstakes. Sponsor: These Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) are sponsored by BCC Media STI, Vålerveien 159, 1599 MOSS, NORWAY (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to US residents who are 13 years old or older, and who fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules. All participants under 18 years old (or under the legal age of majority in the participant’s jurisdiction of residence) (“Minor”) must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian to participate by filling out this parental consent form. By permitting an entrant to participate in the Sweepstakes such Minor’s parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that he or she has read, understands and agrees to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules on behalf of both the parent or legal guardian and the Minor. Employees of BCC Media STI and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Each participant is responsible for providing accurate information as to his/her name, age, residential mailing address, email address and phone number. Individuals that provide information reasonably determined by Sponsor (in its sole discretion) to be incomplete, false or deceptive, will be ineligible to participate or (if they have already participated) to win the Sweepstakes.
3. Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begin on April 20, 2023 at 08:00 AM ET and ends on June 04, 2023 at 12:00 PM ET (the “Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must refer others by using your custom sharing link. Each person you refer, who signs up for their launch invite will be counted in the total. You may not invite yourself to participate in the Sweepstakes. Users already subscribed will not be included in your referral count.If you attempt to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, or any other method, your Entries will be void. If you use any automated process or cheat to participate, such as a bot, BCC Media will disqualify you from the Promotion.
5. Prizes:
   1. The first prize is a PlayStation 5 drawn among all participants with at least 5 referrals. Your odds of winning depend upon your total number of referrals, each referral counting as a ticket in the draw.
   2. Second Prize is a Gate Zero Hoodie given to the Top 10 referrers at the end of the Sweepstakes.
   3. Third Prize is a Gate Zero T-shirt given to the Top 25 referrers at the end of the Sweepstakes. Approximate retail value of total prize pool: $2400.00 USD.
   4. Fourth Prize is a special in-game item that will be given to all participants who achieve a total of 5 referrals or more when Gate Zero launches. Collectively referred to as “Prizes.”

   Prizes are not transferable, and no substitution of prizes for cash or other goods and services is permitted.  If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, BCC Media STI reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes. Depending on winner’s jurisdiction of residence, prior to receiving any prize, winners may be required to submit certain tax reporting and/or other paperwork.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: BCC Media will conduct a random drawing from all participants with at least 5 referrals to determine the winner(s) on or about June 04, 2023 at Vålerveien 159, 1599, MOSS NORWAY.The winners will be notified on or about June 10, 2023 by email. If BCC Media STI cannot contact a potential winner, the prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner fails to sign and return any requested documents or information within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. If a prize is won by a Minor, it will be awarded to a parent or guardian on the Minor’s behalf.If a potential winner is disqualified, or the prize is forfeited for any reason, BCC Media will award that prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from all remaining eligible Participants.
7. General Conditions: BCC Media STI reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. BCC Media STI is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
8. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules, and all matters arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
9. Privacy Policy: Any personal information collected from participants in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will be subject to  By accepting these Official Rules you agree that Sponsor may share information provided in the registration form for administrative purposes and as required by law (e.g., on a winners list). By entering Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by applicable law, you allow the sponsor and/or other entities to use your name, voice and/or likeness in advertising or marketing materials and publish it on the winners list at https://gatezero.game/referral-contest/.
10. Winner Announcement: The winner of the first prize will be announced on https://gatezero.game/referral-contest/ within two days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
11. Release And Limitation Of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant on behalf of himself or herself and anyone who succeeds to entrant’s rights and responsibilities including without limitation entrant’s heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, assigns, agents, and attorneys, and with respect to minors entrant’s parents and legal guardians (collectively the “Entrant Parties”) releases Sponsor, each of Sponsor’s affiliates, the licensees and licensors other than Entrant Parties, the successors and assigns of each of the foregoing and the directors, officers, employees and agents of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims and causes of action of any kind that entrant and/or the Entrant Parties ever had, now have or might in the future have arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, participation in the Sweepstakes, the provision, acceptance or use of any prize or any component thereof, including without limitation any and all claims and causes of action: (a) relating to any personal injury, death or property damage or loss sustained by any entrant or any other person, (b) based upon any allegation of violation of the right of privacy or publicity, misappropriation, defamation, or violation of any other personal or proprietary right, (c) based upon any allegation of infringement of copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secrets, moral rights or any intellectual property right, or (d) or based upon any allegation of a violation of the laws, rules or regulations relating to personal information and data security. Each entrant on behalf of himself or herself and the Entrant Parties agrees not to assert any such claim or cause of action against any of the Released Parties. Each entrant on behalf of himself or herself and the Entrant Parties assumes the risk of, and all liability for, any injury, loss or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes, or acceptance or use of any prize or any component of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for, and will not have any liability in connection with, any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of Prizes. The Released Parties are not responsible for, and will not have any liability in connection with, late, lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries, incorrect or inaccurate capture of, damage to, or loss of entries or entry information, or any other human, mechanical or technical error of any kind relating to the operation of Instagram communications or attempted communications with any entrant or Entrant Parties, the submission, collection, storage and/or processing of entries or the administration of the Sweepstakes.
